Submission of Panel and Paper Proposals for the 71^st Annual Meeting of the Society for Military History, Washington, D.C. (Hyatt Regency Bethesda), 20-3 May 2004

Panel and paper proposals must include a cover sheet in the format provided below, a one to two page proposal, and individual resumes of not more than two pages.  The preferred method of submission is by e-mail to the program chairman (Professor Jon Sumida, js130@umail.umd.edu).  Alternatively, hard-copy submissions will be accepted by the program chairman, in which case nine copies of the proposal set should be sent to the Department of History, University of Maryland, College Park, MD 20742, attn: Professor Jon Sumida, SMH 2004.
